For programmers with our specialization, management companies are not much different from Housing Maintenance Office. On the one hand, the management company should organize the provision of services to the public by finding and agreeing with suppliers, on the other hand, to receive payment from the population and settle with the suppliers. At the same time, some suppliers have their own contractors and ask the management company to provide information about settlements with the population in the context of their contractors. If the management company does some work on its own, it also acts as a supplier. And just like any other supplier, the management company can have contractors.
The BAS-Population program takes into account the entire service chain "contractor -> supplier –> management company –> consumer», and a reverse chain of payment and debts "consumer -> management company -> supplier -> contractor». Based on the information on which period of time which of the suppliers, contractors of the management company, worked with which consumer, the program determines which of them is intended to be paid for the relevant period, and to which of them what amount of debt has not yet been paid. Reports on debts are formed in the context of a management company-supplier-contractor. This information structure guarantees an exact split of payment if the period for which payment is made is known.
