Relations management company with public utility providers
There are several aspects of such connection.
The first aspect is that the Management Company is obliged to provide reports on the volumes and cost of services rendered to the population in the context of the parameters agreed with the supplier, as well as the passage of payments. The second way the formation of paper reports once a month and delivery by courier to the supplier and unfortunately, it is the most common way.
On the other hand, the supplier transfers the necessary initial data to the Management Company for performing calculations, for example, instrument readings or disconnection certificates. Sometimes the supplier performs intermediate calculations. For example, based on the testimony of a group meter, the supplier calculates the tariff per square meter and sends it to the Management Company where the tariff is entered and the calculation is made.
What is done with the initial data in the Management Company and how reports are generated for the supplier is not significant. The lack of information and its delay often give rise to no confidence in the actions of the Managing Company.
In the BAS program, we solve two tasks: automating the transfer of information and ensuring transparency of the work of the Management Company. Both tasks are solved by the method of remote connection of service providers to the BAS program used by the Management Company. The system of differentiation of access rights guarantees the provision to the supplier of only the information that concerns it and only those reports that the Management Company decides. But this information is available to the supplier in real time and at any time when it is needed, and not at the beginning of the next month. It can view summary reports and reports for any consumer, for any service and for any period of time.
In addition, the provider can enter its original data. This is not an additional burden on the supplier, but rather it automates parts of his work with people. For example, there is a metering service on the water canal and instead of keeping records of devices manually or in Excel, the managing company can provide the supplier with a developed mechanism of the BAS program. Both parties win, the supplier automatized their site for free, and the Management Company does not have to enter the meter reading. The direct executor works with them. There are fewer mistakes, and for the Management Company, a supplier employee is responsible for another site, and you do not have to spend money on your employee.
