Planning work is important not only for the organization of operational activities of the enterprise. Providing long-term plans on human judgment enables us to win over consumers. The rationale for tariffs is very important since without justifying the scope of work, it is difficult to justify the requested money from the population.
BAS offers a mechanism for drawing up a plan. At the moment this is only an interactive mode, we have not reached network planning. An economist who has access to a housing stock can choose houses with a certain condition that require a certain type of work. At the same time, there is a grouping of priorities and is included in the work plan. The program analyzes the work plan, issues a download of the enterprise by periods, by contractors, comparing the results with the resource constraint. Based on the provided analysis, the economist decides on the exclusion or inclusion of the plan of houses, types of work, or shift work over time.
The prepared plan is printed in a form that is convenient for reconciliation.
The operator enters notes on the performance of the planned work during the course of work. We provide the "Plan-fact" report. If a program for accounting mutual settlements with consumers is used, we can provide a comparative balance in terms of houses (how much is spent on servicing the house, and how much is received from the population).
