The sequence of calculation of rent bills is approximately the following:
For each rent component, a cost estimate created. The calculation can take into account the use of the contractor or the work itself. In addition to the usual economic indicators (deductions to funds, overheads, profitability, taxes, etc.), the parameters of the Housing Maintenance Office (the number of the house, the type of roof, the type of walls, etc.) used by the calculation parameters.
Types of work are applied for each house, depending on its characteristics. You use the area, the data from the cost estimate, the costs are considered, and the price calculated.
All calculations are reduced to a general summary table and materials are submitted to the executive committee for approval of bills. After approval, tariffs are made out in the form of messages for the public. They also become available for the rent calculation program.
We offer two options for the interface of the bills calculation module. Each of the two has its advantages and disadvantages. The desktop has more flexible and more reactive work that is very suitable for a system with a small number of users. It is better to use the WEB interface with a large number of users dispersed throughout the city. It is more convenient, considering the access organization to the system and data protection. It does not impose any technical requirements on the computers of remote users.
