The module for calculation of bills for rent is part of the "CityOn" project and takes the initial data for calculation from another module of the "Zhilfond" (Housing Stock) project. It is possible to modify the module to work with other data sources.

The module consists of the following set of forms.

1.    PARAMETERS FOR bills CALCULATING

The form is intended for comparing the parameters necessary for the calculation of tariffs with housing parameters specified in the configuration of the house structure.

2.   CONTRACTORS CALCULATION

The form is needed to adjust the cost of a unit of work (cleaning one square meter, cutting a single tree, etc.) for different types of work. It is possible to adjust prices by factors (different prices for houses with different floors), and for houses that do not fall into any category, individual prices are possible.

3.    HOUSE bills CALCULATION

Based on the data received from the settings, in this form, a direct calculation of the bill for a particular house is made.

Work begins with choosing a house.

There are sorting, filtering and searching by address to searching for houses on the list.

You can search for houses with certain parameters (for example, the choice of all nine-storey houses in the housing stock, etc.).

After the desired house has selected, the user opens the bill calculation form.

In the form of calculating the bill after selecting the settlement month and pressing the button "Execute calculation", the necessary data is downloaded from the characteristics of the house.

The calculation is performed for all components of the bill separately. For each component, you can view and print the intermediate calculation results.
