Calculating the cost of heating the common areas
This part of the calculation causes the consumers questions about how the amount was formed to pay for public places. It would be simple if the tariff was approved for a square meter, and for each consumer, the share of public space is fixed. If such a solution is possible, the calculation of public places is carried out exactly as well as the heating of the apartments.
But more often it is required to take into account the actual consumption of heating of public places. It depends not only on the area but also on the difference between the internal and external temperatures. The calculation result is to be expressed in terms of heating units, in Gcal, and in the case of using a group device, the consumption to public places must be deducted before the distribution of heating between the apartments. In this case, consumers are charged to pay for heating, which either indicates an incomprehensible amount of Gcal, or the price per square meter, which varies depending on the temperature of the outside air.
Depending on the specific conditions, we apply different methods for calculating the amount of heating for public places. In the heating bill, we show the information corresponding to the accepted method of setting tariffs.
