1.     CLASSIFIERS

The form allows you to fix the types of work for the elements of the house from the settings and set the unit of measurement of work and the price for this unit (set for a certain period).

2.     DEFECTIVE ACTS

A defective act is a document that is drawn up after inspecting the damages on the site. This document is the determining basis for repair and for complete repair of damages.

Entering a defective act begins with a form with a list of already existing acts. You can create a new act or start editing an existing act. It is possible to filter acts by period and address.

The necessary work is added to the act in accordance with the settings of the house and classifier of works. To add, you must move the cursor to the desired element of the house and click the "Add" button.

The form selects the required type of work and quantity and then calculates the cost depending on the price. It is also possible to add cost manually (exceptions). If the work was entered incorrectly, then it can be canceled by setting the appropriate sign.

In the list of works by default, only the work that relates to the current act is displayed, but there are cases when you need all the work on all the acts in the selected house. To do this, there is a radio button in the context menu that displays all the housework.

If the switch is in the "All" position, a column with the details of the defective act in which it was entered appears in the works table.

3.     PLAN

After entering defects on the houses of work on them you need to plan for a period. Work on drawing up a plan begins with a list of houses. Plans are drawn up for a year.

The work plan is drawn up on the basis of the previously introduced defective acts. A defective act can be included in the plan in whole or in part (for example, part of the work is carried out in one period, part in another). A defective act is considered to be fully planned if the number of works under the plan is greater than or equal to the amount in the defective act or there is a clear indication that the defect is completely planned. Also, the contractor who will perform the work is indicated.

After making a defect in the plan, if it is planned completely, its record disappears from the "Defect" table.

 

4.     FACT

After the work done in the plan and was carried out, an act of completed work is drawn up. Entering the act of actually completed work begins with a form with a list of already existing acts. You can create a new act or start editing an existing act. It is possible to filter the acts by period and address.

After the creation of the act, a transition is made to the form of its editing. The form consists of a tree of house elements (taken from the setting) and two tables (plan and fact).

The "Plan" table shows the planned works that fall within the specified period by the contractor and entered into the requisites of the act. There are situations when the work was planned for one contractor, but they were performed by another. In this case, the menu has a switch that allows you to display the work for all contractors.

If the work from the plan was completed, then it is recorded in the act of completed work, after which it disappears from the "Plans" tab.

There are cases when the work was done urgently without drawing up a plan. Then, with the help of the same form, it is possible to create a record in the act of completed work without entries in the "Plan".

Records of actually performed work can be corrected and added to them in detail in accordance with the classifier of the part (the sum of the cost of parts should not exceed the cost of the work itself).

If the entry on the right is marked, it means it was created without a plan entry.

There is an opportunity to distribute the amount of the act for work automatically in proportion to their value.

5.    BALANCE

Data can be used to compile work plans on how people pay for services. To this end, a turnover balance sheet is compiled for each house.

At the start of the program, the balances at the beginning of the period can be taken equal to 0 or added to each house. For entering residues into houses, the "Opening balance" form is used.

The opening balance is entered for a period. Then there is the possibility to transfer it over time. Charges on houses (payment of the population) are loaded from the settlement center or any other source. Manual adjustments of accruals are possible. To do this, you use the "Accrual Adjustments" form.

6.     THE CALENDAR

The "Calendar" form displays information about planned and completed works in the selected year.
