The second option is the water and sewage bills set per one person. When meter readings data of cold or hot water entered into the system, it is no longer appropriate to require accountants to enter data and to remove sewers. We use the specific weight of cold and hot water in the sewage system. The specific weight determined by the norms of expenditure or by the ratio of bills per person. The difficulty here is not in the calculation, but in proving the consumer correctness this calculation. To do this, you have to store intermediate results in the database, which then provided to a non-trusting consumer.
