The next level of influence is filing a claim in court. Depending on the court decision, the amount of debt recognized for execution is transferred to a separate account, and the amount of the claim is denied, is transferred to the status of bad debts and work with it is performed as with a bad debt.
The system automates the process of selecting debtors for submission to court and preparation of materials for filing a lawsuit. A prepared case is put on the record and its progress is tracked through the stages: preparation, submission to the court and decision-making.
After the decision is taken, the amount of debt confirmed by the court is transferred from the debt for services to the arrears of the court and the process of repayment of this debt is monitored. If new decisions are made for the same debtor, they increase the current debt in court and are further monitored in the aggregate.
