Written warnings

The next level of exposure to the debtor after a telephone reminder is a written warning. In the warning, it is proposed to pay off the debt and it is possible to conclude an installment plan. Information on further actions of the enterprise regarding the debtor, possible consequences in case of refusal to repay the debt and further growth of the debt is also provided.

Decisions on the debtor′s reaction are an exception to the status of debtors for a certain period of time to make decisions and enter into installments or transfer to the next level of work with debtors.
