General principles of work with debtors
The technology of working with debtors is based on the need to maintain a balance between effort and efficiency. One should not stay idle with debtors, but all debtors should not immediately file claims and file cases in court, as there are not enough resources for this. The amount of work is limited by the capacity of the service to work with debtors.
A lot of consumers defined as debtors fall into the field of activity of the debt service. They apply measures to repay the debt that have an increasing level of impact. The larger the amount of debt and the older the period of its occurrence, the stronger the means used: from a telephone reminder with a one-month debt and a written warning at three to six before filing a lawsuit and collecting the amount of debt through the executive until the debtor′s property is seized.
First of all, it is necessary to determine the formal characteristics of the debtor. You should not always remind everyone to repay the debt since most consumers will do it themselves, but just provide the opportunity to know in time about the amount of their debt and a convenient mechanism for payment for the services provided.
