1.     STRUCTURE OF house CHARACTERISTICS.

The form is intended for general adjustment for all housing units of the structure of the elements, as well as their parameters.

For all houses in the housing stock provides a pattern of elements from which these houses can consist (roofs, entrances, cellars, house territory, etc.).

These elements can enter into each other (elevator -> entrance, roof, basement, porch -> structural elements, etc.).

It is also possible to customize the sorting of child elements within the parent element.

Each of the house elements has its own set of parameters. Parameters can be of four types: number, date, text, and list.

A number is a decimal number with the accuracy of four characters.

Date in the format "dd.mm.yyyy".

The text is a string of up to 8000 characters.

A list in the form of a drop-down list with a predefined set of values.

When you configure the parameters of the element, you can combine them into groups and sort them relative to each other.

 

2.     Drop-down list (REFERENCE).

The form is intended for setting up lists that can be connected to a parameter of the "List" type.

DROP-DOWN LIST (REFERENCE).

The list of lists is presented in the form of a tree (lists can be grouped, sorted within a group) with the ability to add new lists, edit existing ones and delete unnecessary ones.

Each list has its own set of elements, which will be displayed when it is connected to a parameter of type "List" according to the sort specified in the setting.

 

3.    HOUSE CHARACTERISTICS.

The form is intended for entering data on a particular house from of the housing stock.

Work begins with choosing a house.

There is a possibility to choose a house from the list.

 

To search for a house in the list there : sorting, filtering and searching by address.

You can search for houses with certain parameters (for example, the choice of all nine-storey houses in the housing stock, etc.).

After the desired house has been selected, the user goes to the editing form of the characteristics of this house.

For each house from the housing stock, its structure (roofs, cellars, entrances, elevators, etc.) is drawn up on the basis of the adjustment of the structure of the houses.

Characteristics of the house.

The home element has a set of parameters based on the setting. Parameters are entered through a separate form and are periodic. For example, the house was serviced in one organization in the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012, and from 01/01/2013 the house began to be serviced in another.

4.     SEARCH

The search form allows you to select homes that meet certain characteristics that the user specifies them.

For example, get a list of houses:

·         The total area of the house is more than 1000 m2

·         The commissioning date is less than 01/03/2000

Search for houses according to the specified criteria.

5.     CHARACTERISTIC TABLE

The form is intended for displaying a list of houses with the necessary parameters for the user.

For example, you need to get a list of houses with parameters: the total area of the house, the total area of apartments, and the number of apartments. It is also necessary to limit the houses with the number of apartments more than 10 and the address containing the line "COURSE". A set of necessary filters can be specified by the user.
