Group of public utility services
In the program "BAS-Population" the term "public services" unites all types of settlements with the population. The communal services in the program include everything for which the population pays on an ongoing basis.
A short list of services: the supply of energy resources, water, gas, various types of services for house and care for the territory. Services not directly related to housing, with internet and insurance.
There are also types of data that are not services in fact, for example, a fine, a debt installment agreement, a lawsuit or accounting for the work of collectors.
The set of services on which the accounting is maintained has by now been formed on the experience of practical work with various customers in different cities. This set is not fixed, it can be expanded. A new service is added easily if another one already exists with a similar calculation methodology. If the analog service does not exist, then the development of a program for calculating the amount and cost for the new service will be required.
